It was built on a 9.3-acre tract and includes two indoor pools and one outdoor pool, a salon, a cafe, child care, and spaces for team sports, dance, exercise and martial arts classes, and other activities. The center is starting out with 200 employees, including fitness instructors, personal trainers, child care workers, lifeguards and others, according to General Manager Phil Zerante. The center is expected to have more than 300 employees next summer, when the outdoor pool is open. The club is the third Life Time center in New Jersey, joining clubs in Florham Park and Berkeley Heights.
